Crest HPT
-
After years of testing and research,
Crest developed the "HPT" - High Performance Technology.
This innovative pontoon design is unique and absolutely
without precedent.
The hull shape and size is designed in particular
for larger horsepower engines. The result is an incredibly
smooth ride with virtually no drag and negligible wake.
The patented unique shape of this 27" pontoon, combined
with custom lift pads and V bottom, delivers unsurpassed
performance. HPT is available in limited models, outboard
and I/O.
- Crest Triple-Toons (patent pending)
- The new Crest Triple-Toon! specially
designed and built to satisfy the performance-minded
boater. New for 2001, Crest Triple-Toon features increased
buoyancy, enhanced maneuverability, and superb performance.
This sensational pontoon is engineered to provide exceptional
lift and more flotation for the new heavier outboard
motors, delivering a higher ride and distributing rough-water
stress more evenly. Available in both 23" and 25" diameter
pontoon packages.
- Crest MP4 Transom (patent pending)
- MP4 stands for multi-position four level transom.
With the incredible variety of motors used on today's
modern pontoon boats, the old one-position-fits-all
transom simply can't handle all possible combinations.
Particularly with the new higher horsepower (and heavier)
four strokes, more adjustment is necessary than just
the motor adjustment holes. The ability to adjust the
transom in addition to the motor allows for tuning from
10HP through 200HP outboards. That's why Crest is proud
to introduce this truly remarkable new transom, standard
on all 25" and 27" diameter pontoons, Triple-toons and
27" HPT Ultra's.

- Structural Excellence
- Some manufacturers use the manufacturing
theory "Out of Sight, Out of Mind." In other words,
if the customer can't see it (i.e., the structure below
the deck), who cares what it looks like? That's an easy
way to save money on construction. But Crest has more
concern for your safety than that. They've been building
quality pontoon boats for 44 years, and they put the
work and money where it counts - in the structure. When
they offer a limited lifetime hull waranty, it's not
guesswork. They know from experience, and have the safety
record to prove it!
- Come in to Satterwhite Point Marina
today and let Scott or Catherine show you what Structural Excellence
means to Crest. Do you know about the two of the most
important features in Crest's quality construction:
their "M" Bracket Construction; and the Four Air-Tight
Chambers with solid bulkheads in every pontoon? Scott or Catherine
will explain them in plain english, along with the Crest's
other features, including Crest's unique deck structure
and their quality built furniture. Don't forget to bring
an apple for the teacher!
